Got the call last night that my front seats are done. New lower springs, new foam and new covers! Can't wait to drive the car sitting on seats that actually feel like they are supposed to!
Wont pick them up until tomorrow evening. They are on the other side of town. They had broken springs and old foam so I am expecting to see a substantial difference.
So for comparison sake, what did you pay for them to be re-done?

At this point they have been worked on twice. They ended up getting jobbed out to another shop by the guy I hired. The first guy just put on new covers the winter before last. But he put them on knowing there were broken springs. Wow! the cost of Covers were around $300 then I paid $100 bucks to have him put the covers on. I hated the way they felt in the car. This time I bought new lower springs from Ames (Al Knoch)$180, new foam $180 and $120 to have it all put together. So I am at almost $900 on the pair. Not one of my best deals but I can drive my car now!
Brian - You paying the duty?
Sledog - yes busted springs and the ones that weren't broken were really week. It felt like I was sitting on the floor before.
