Just thought about the fact that we lost the car show section quite sometime ago. I was thinking maybe we should start a thread for your favorite pic of your car. Can we do that or will it take too much bandwidth?

Will it delete even if it's refreshed every couple of weeks with a new post? That will be the task, find THE one that you like best. The good thing is you could change it once in awhile to a new favorite.

Gordon, can you drive up and down my driveway a few times? I need some re-grading done after all the snow and plowing put a huge ridge down the middle. I think that front plow looks to be the perfect height for my driveway to get that done. thanks in advance!

LOL !!! Craig I was thinking the same thing. We could have used that plow a couple of months ago. It would need snow tires though. LOL !!!
Gordon, I love the low stance. How do you keep it from rubbing the inner fenders?

Simple, there are no inner fenders. Only rub I got at the track was when I was riding the curbs to high, the rears would occasionally rub the inner wheel well. Adjusted my line and it wasn't an issue.

Looks Great!!! How's the fit? Gotta get used to those gears! 3rd and 4th are not where "they should be" based on the truck I used to drive. Of course it started raining about an hour after I got to work. Only lasted 20 mins at least. She already needed a bath. Oh well.

Thanks Craig ...I'm debating removing the plow given all the bad press they're getting around here, and the fact winters have been mild down here. Ha! However, the air cleaner sticker really helps clarify what's under it at the car shows. ...although I still get - is that a real 400? So maybe it is pointless! I'll put my YT sticker on the block that's been sitting in the glove box forever, and see if that helps. PS: really like that 4spd of yours!!!

Slightly off topic here I guess, but I've been admiring the wheels/rims on all of these cars, and I was wondering which ones were actually stock options on the FGFs. Saw some of the 5-spoke PMD rims on a '68 bird at a cruise-in over the weekend and they look way better than the granny-wheel covers I've got on mine. Are these 5-spoke ones the ones you guys are mentioning in earlier threads about being Buick rims? I'd prefer to keep things as original as possible as opposed to just picking whatever looks good. Also, do most people end up putting wider tires on? If so, can you go much wider without worrying about getting stone chips in the paint behind the rear wheels?

5 spoke PMD rims were called the rallye wheels , an option.... the Buick rims referred to are on my car and are lots skinnier spokes...and chrome, I like them because of the 'look' plus no trim rings ,to scuff or loose...the Pontiac rallye rims are wider spokes and painted
