I've got a factory trunk for my firebird with the holes for a luggage rack, and I'd really like to find an OEM luggage rack to put back on there.

For everyone's amusement, I found one on eBay for a 69 Camaro and the guy wants $1500 for it. Yea, no decimal point in there, and there is no car attached to it.

If this is a fair price, then it looks like I'm going to weld the holes shut and put a spoiler on like everyone else.

I was thinking maybe one tenth of that price, if someone has one laying around that they are willing to part with.

All his stuff is pricey! Hope he bid too high for all the parts he got at the auction!

Luggage racks varied slightly from year to year. If you look at a 67 dealer accessory catolog you can see the feet/mounting are different then the 69 (in ebay auction).

Measure the distants between the holes in your lid. The 70's Vette rack is repopped and it similiar to the 67 rack. You can get that for around $200 I think. You'll want to double check the mounting spacing either way.
