Well, not the screw, but the inner door panel is stripped where the rear arm rest screw fastens. Is there any way to repair that?

Depends on how it is stripped. If its pulled out, you can hammer and dolly the hole flat and the screw will usually hold again. You could also weld a small piece of metal over the area. Or you might be able to cut a slot next to the hole and slip a J-nut into it.

Thanks Lee. It was pulled out so I just used a hammer and punch to slowly work the metal back. The screw snugs up nicely now.
