My c-clip on my clutch fork is bad and finding the correct one my be a little tough. I had a spare clutch fork and I thought way not replace the c-clip with the other fork. I have.

Is there a problem with that? The first phot shows the new clip and the second was the original. The new clip hold the throw out bearing tight and it snaps tight on the ball stud.

My fork does not have a part number on it but it looks original from the ones I've seen.

Makes sense to me. Did you drive the rivet enough so the clip is tight on the fork and doesn't rotate?

I was going to say the only problem is the spring is rivited on but it looks like you took care of that. Will you rivit it back on the other fork?

Thanks. I got to find a rivit to use or take to a machine shop to do it. I was just hoping it would work.
