FYI-another thing to watch out for if you happen to be naive enough to bid on a car from a ZERO history seller is a fake second chance offer after the auction ends sent just to your e-mail address but does not show up in your messages on eBay. Typically these will offer you the car for considerably less than the original auction making you want to jump on it. Any real second chance offer will show up in your eBay messages as well. These thieves have gotten sophisticated in their efforts to rip people off and have pretty official looking e-mails that they will send you. If it's online and looks to good to be true it probably is.
Looks like several people bid on that car and it ended up selling for $17.6K. Good luck to the high bidder actually getting the car and not just getting ripped off.
