Trying to get the windshield washer nozzles set up correctly on my 69 conv. Searched fgf site for past posts and the issue wasn't really ever resolved. Is there a difference between a 67-68 setup and a 69? Is there differences between conv and coupe on either set up? I've got a bunch of original nozzles, just not sure which ones are correct. Plus, none of them look like the aftermarket ones even though they say "reproduced identical in appearance" to originals. Any input or pictures would be greatly appreciated.
I do not believe that the 69 washer nozzles are repopped. You're in luck as I just removed the lid off of my 69 Vert to checkout the wiper transmission, nozzles and the colors. The lid has never been off of the car. I will go take some extra pictures of the nozzles.
they do make re pops ,I know, as I bought some, mine were very corroded , plugged up...of course they could be 67-68s , as Classic listed them as for 67-69! LOL who knows...but they work fine.

Didn't know that. I have always been told that even though they are listed to fit a 69 (and will work) that they are not the same or an exact repop? Thank you for correcting me and I will be more careful from now on.
Here they are completely clean. It appears that from the factory the stems are painted a black color and then sliver soldered into the stainless brackets.

I`m not saying you are wrong... I did buy those and they work fine...no idea if they are 100% correct for a 69....acc to "Classic" they are , BUT they have been wrong many times.

Hey no worries! I am oftern wong' lol. But in this case I am right. My car is original and the cowl had never been off of the car from the factory until a few days ago when I pulled it. The wiper arms, cowl, nozzles, hose, hardware, etc are all factory.
When I take things apart I am posting them to get answers to questions and to give back where so many have selflessly given to me.
In this case Classic is NOT correct in their description for a 69.
Also, I am not sure if it was here at FGF but I had remember reading that someone had asked whether the wiper transmission was painted or not and what color it was. Then there was the thread about the OE wiper arm lengths and now we also know about the washer nozzles.
Really appreciate the pic's OHCMarc. Those are the same one's that I have. Must be just for 69 conv only, my 68's are completely different. Thought I had nozzles from a camaro or somthing.
Thanks for the pics Marc, after seeing them I realised I would have been fighting them for a while trying to figure out how to install them.(I bought my 69 in pieces)
