Iam going to replace the control arm bushings and was looking for some ideas that may simplify the job I do have acsess to the spring compressor and other tools needed for the job but have never done this before also pics would be nice Thanks in advance Bryan

Do a search here. There's been a few discussions about bushings and front springs.

A pet gorillia will come in handy for installing the bushings into the control arms.

Take them to a garage with a press pay them the $25.00 or so to press the old one's out and to press the new ones in.

It'll save you a headache.

Make sure they grease the outside's of them when they put them in.

Another radical path is to get new upper and lower control arms from Tamraz off e-bay. It'll cost about $600 but they look nice and have all the bushings and ball joints installed. I got new lowers and reused my uppers. Had my trusty mechanic install the upper bushings.
