Interesting it has a lower air deflector and its not a 400 or ac car.
The last '68 'vert I picked up is a 350 without air, and it also had the lower air dam. I was pleasantly surprised. It apprears to be original as nothing much seemed messed with and car appears to be 98% stock. It did not have the X-fillers.
It was a July '68 build. I wondered if they started putting them on ALL V8 cars by then. Or someone on the assembly line was not paying attention. I doubt a PO was smart enough to put one on, or even know what it was for. But you never know. BOlts and hardware appeared original.
