Hood Tach PCB Question

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum, just got a 68 Firebird H.O. I am trying to diagnose the hood tach and drew out the circuit and realized it is missing a wire I think. I have attached a picture of the PCB and the thicker black wire coming in is going to the tach signal from the distributor. The light uses it's own 2 wires and does not share any with the tach PCB at all. I believe there is one wiring I am missing, if anyone could provide some insight on this I would greatly appreciate it.

You are missing a black wire that solders into the hole above BLK. Have a look at my pic.

Thanks Gus! So I assume that must be the GND that I'm missing correct? The tach only needs ground and the tach signal, it does not need 12V?
