There is that one bolt on the valve cover (Passenger side) that is kicking my butt as far as trying to remove it. Ultimately, I am trying to replace valve cover gasket, should be easy, right? But there is that one bolt for the for the valve cover that is located next to the A/C unit. With the engine shaped like a "V", I have to remove the bolt at an angle but the A/C unit is on the way. Do I have to remove the A/C to gain access to this one bolt? Is there a special tool for this? Or would an angled socket wrench do the job? Any advice will help. Thanks.

Don't have A/C, but you could try a swivel attachment with a shallow socket to get in there. Do yourself a favor as well and use these steel core gaskets...no sealer required, and you won't have to do them again.

I've done this several times on my A/C equipped car. You just need the correct combination of extensions/socket/wobbler to make the bend. I can't recall the exact combo I used.

But think outside the box...maybe 1/4" drive set instead of 3/8"....or maybe a deep well socket instead of a short one...maybe 2 extensions with a wobbler in-between them...

There is some combination that fits real nice, and I always find it when I need it but I never write it down so I forget which tools and which order. But a wobbler/universal/swivel adapter (or whatever slang term everyone uses) is absolutely necessary. Some version of this: photos of wobbler sockets

Did you ever figure out the combo? I am having the same issue right now...A/C unit has taken a ton of space away so I am having a heck of a time figuring out the way to get at the bolt for removal.
