I have seen a few pictures of 69's with Rally 2 15" wheels and they look awesome. Do they fit without modifications? What would it do to mph on the speedo? Any concerns over which tire to go with? I have BFG and would want them again.
if you have non stock disc brakes , you may have an issue....as far as speedo...you`ll have to figure out with new tires what ratio, but a new speedo gear , insert to the transmission...they come in different colors for different ratios are about $8-10 ea they come in from 17 thru 24 teeth , 39-35 etc...replace it and you get accuracy...but otherwise just check your speeds vs some other known , and see if you are 3 %, % 5% etc off...its not just speed though , odometer wont be accurate either.
HOWEVER, if you chose a tire size for the 15's that closely approximates the diameter of you original 14 inch wheel/tire combo - then the speedo error will be very small.
Another thing to consider that about the only 14 inch tires you can get anymore are reproduction of OEM tires ($$$)

There are a couple of very good web sites that you can compare different tire/wheel sizes side by side. Usually you can come very close in diameter so if your speedometer is right on now it will not be effected. I upgraded from 14 to 15" and did not have to deal with the speedometer. The best one I have found is
Mine has the factory 4 wheel drums and no plans to change them. I looked at the fronts a little closer and it appears that the 15" wheels with a similar sized tire from what is on the car will fit. I would want a overall larger wheel/tire look if I were to do it.
I'll see if I can dig up the picture(s) of other cars.
