Where do you find the material to recover the window guides? I have the guides but the cloth in in bad shape. I attached a photo which I'm referring to.
Also, I cant exactly remember what these attach to. Does it attach on the out side of glass, at the top were the glass channel weather strip attaches?

Protects the inside glass from scratching on the steel on the door window opening. They screw onto the door.

Others have found success with the "fuzzy" side of bulk black Velcro and that's what I used on my 1st restoration

Wonder why the Body Manual does not show these installed on page 6-42. They show the stabilizer brackets but not these guides.

Go to Corvette Central and search for part number 281008, which is listed as 'door run liner - rear' ($10.95). It's a black, knobby kind of fabric that is glued into the window runs.
