I have a 1968 coupe. it has a shoulder harness (with 1968 date) on both sides with spade type clip on the end. I am assuming the car came with shoulder harness. The only problem is I cannot figure out where the clip receiver is/should be located. Either it is missing or I just can't find it. Any help, or better yet, a picture with it clipped in would be appreciated.
There would be two reciever belts mounted together on the hump bolts inboard of the seats. One reciever for the lap belt, and one for the shoulder belt. Try moving around with that contraption on.
Many cars ar missing the two shoulder belt recievers as they always seemed to be in the way so Owners removed them.
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure.
