Is balancer pully same on all 400, 2 grove for non a/c, and 3 for a/c.

Except you could have a pully for AC but no PS or smog pump with or without PS and AC

Bob you lost me, I to have a spacer behind alt and PS and dont really like the look. I think the water pump and balancer pully line up, just wondering how to lose the spacer. And the balancer pully did have a/c, or 3 grooves.

Actually I don't know much about pulleys. I probably should not have chimed in. People seem to have a hard time when they start mixing and matching. 68 and up have a different balancer and 69 and up have a different water pump, plus two lengths of 69 water pumps? I think the answer to your original question is no. The easiest answer is to use all the pulleys and brackets that came together as a set on a specific car.
