I posted a request in the Parts Wanted section for a center link and all four tie rod ends for my 69. Does anybody know where I can get those parts at a fair price? My local NAPA store quoted me $294 for the center link and $79 each for the tie rod ends. Yikes. I have also checked Ames and Classic, but no bargains yet. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check with NPD,on page 42 of their`02 parts book lists prices $43.20 ea for inner tie rods Parts #C-6230-202RH and #C-6230-203LH.The prices for The outer tie rods are $39.95 ea,Part #sC-6230-212.Tie rod adjusting sleeves are $8.25ea.They list a center link,Part #C-6870-6,call for price.NPD also offers an overhaul kit which includes,upper and lower ball joints,inner and outer tie rods,adjusting sleeves,upper and lower control arm bushings,sway bar links,and an idler arm,Part#C-6200-202C,call for price.They also offer a rebuild kit which includes,upper and lower ball joints,upper and lower control arm bushings,outer tie rods,andsway bar links,Part#6200-201C,priced at$189.95.You can contact them by phone 800-521-6104 Michigan Depot.Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick response Darron, but NPD says they no longer have any center links for the 69 Firebirds. I'll just have to keep looking.

Disregard the PM I sent you. Ames advertises the center link as $219, but when you checkout it shows up as $150. I got mine for that price.
