Wow, that looks exactly like the carb on my '69. It was originally a 2bbl car but I had this carb sitting on the shelf from an engine that I can't even remember. I'm on my way out to the garage to check #s. Wish me luck.

My biggest issue is why the TOTAL lack of photos of the car as it sits? Huh??? Anyone can paste 20 pictures out of old magazines.

That kid is trying to sell that thing again? Funny how he's worked up the whole fairy tale with the only kind of documentation is an old grainy pic of a car from long ago and a bedtime story his uncle spun for him. Well good luck to him I guess. I hope he doesn't get caught selling it to someone that will come back and take his head off when they find out they got taken.
Me too. I see a swirled section in the casting of the middle numbers that looks fishy, almost like Dremel marks. Who can trust anything anymore. it's a lot of dough if you are wrong.

Too many people now are using ebay as a means to make a living, rather than selling unwanted stuff or as a hobby. either way I agree that price is a total joke. That is 4 times more than I paid to have my carb done by Cliff Ruggles and he set it up for what I am running.
