what % of firebirds came with power windows? I havent seen that many with them. also how about the rally gage and cluster #484...are they rare or just average?

I don't think there are break downs as far as detailed options go. If there is I would be interested in knowing where to find the info.

The information for the most part is out there, it's just that it's not compiled. PHS Has access to much of this information, but as mentioned it would take many man hours to compile such a breakdown of options and numbers...

And they have been asked by many for this type of info, and or to have a select group of volunteers actually compile the info to no avail. I doubt it will ever be available.

But to answer your question, they are both somewhat uncommon options, and very desirable options! Most of the "luxury" options are uncommon such as Head Rests in 68, Power seats, Power windows, Cruise Control, on up to the slightly more common, but desirable Ralley Gauges, Hood Tach, Power Top Rear Window Defogger (coupes), Remote Mirror, Power Trunk Release, Space Saver spare and inflator, Under Hood, Glove Box and Trunk lights (lighted ignition in 68) Console clock, AC etc... wish I had more options on mine!

also my uncle swears my car came with a glass back window...and being it only had 70k and was like 6 years old when he drove it to school i think it was the original top..did they ever come with a glass back window?

Just curios. Isn´t the spacesaver sparetire standard equipment on Firebirds 67 - 69?

Did any Firebirds come with air shocks? If so What was the option number on it.
