Can someone give me some general steps that I can follow to figure out why my low beams (head lights) aren't working. My High beams work and all other interior lights are working fine.

Check that your dimmer switch is working.

Here is a picture of the fuse box. The bottom lower left has a wire plugged into it. Its a blue wire. It appears that there should be another wire attached to the same clip. (It has been cut off it looks like) You can see it in the picture possibly. Is this where the lights are? When I dug around a bit there seems to be a loose green and black wire. Should this be attached to the blue wire in the lower left? There is a green and black wire coming off the low beem light. Looking at the fuse pictures you sent (thanks) I can't tell. Its hard for me to tell on the fuse box which is the light fuse.
