Does anyone know the actual tune-up specs for the 230 OHC 4Barrel carb.I am looking for plug gap,point gap and timing degree.I have a 67 pontiac service manual,but it doesn't say one word about these sections. Also looking to hook up the automatic choke but either the wiring has been replaced or the carb.I'm guessing the carb.Does anyone know anything about this too.

Any help would be appreciated,as I am looking to take it out of storage May 1 if at all possible.Even my 12yr old son is getting anxious.

Per the service manual:

Point gap is .019 (new) or .016 (used). (Page 6E-28)

Initial Timing is 5* before TDC, uless you have AIR and a 1-Bbl, in which case it's 0*. (Page 6E-35)

Spark plug gap is 0.035" (Page 6E-38)

The choke on the carb uses a bi-metallic spring (like a thermostat).
