Anyone interested in a FirstGen Firebird Shirt? I've been seeing t-shirts pop up on facebook all the time and thought I would try my hand at creating one for our First Generation Firebirds. The goal is to sell 50 at 20.00 each. If the goal is not reached none will be sold. If you want one, you have to reserve it so the goal is meet. http://teespring.com/firstGenFirebird

They are available from XS-3XL. Those 69 are quite fast. I don't know if I can catch one to make a design but I can see what I can do depending on how these do.

One of the guys in HALF makes TEEs like these , any logo...years ago we did our "HALF" shirts....logo on breast pocket area...most put their car on front or back...I made mine two sided , had the picture of the front of my car on front , picture of its rear on the back...so I was always 'coming or going'.... we had some 'specials' made for our Corpus cruise last month also, some had pic of clint eastwood with his gun saying "call my Firebird a Camaro one more time...." some had "a drinking club with a Firebird problem"...etc...I had one made with my Alfa Romeo logo and text below saying HALFa where H was red , the ALFa was black text...so it could read HALF or ALFa...on the back I had :" Houston Legendary Firebirds with an Alfa Romeo twist" Drew (Helm) in our group makes these..and you might be able to get "one off" in any style, rather than having to order 50? you can try him at eyecandygraphics@gmail.com or 281-546-0359, he also does hats, koozies, signs, monogrammed stuff, banners etc

Ok, am i doing something wrong here? You all seem to be having no trouble ordering. I tried to order and the website is asking me to fill out the "shipping state". I do not see a box to fill in the state other than the city. Which block do I fill in the shipping state?

State is a drop down between the city and zipcode. You may try using a different browser if the drop down is not showing in yours.
Thanks to all that have ordered. We are up to 22 now, almost half way. Maybe I can do some more designs if this works out.

There have been some asking about a 67 shirt. I came across a graphic one day on facebook and have been trying to find the owner of it to use for a shirt. I never have been able to find the owner but I did convert the graphic to be used and I mock up a shirt with it. It would be a cool shirt.

Well the shirts were stopped due to copyright infringements. Maybe you can not use the image of the bird or the words Firebird. Oh well I tried to get us a shirt.

I had a Pontiac themed floor decal made for my garage floor, I put it under an epoxy clearcoat to permanently affix it to the floor. I contacted GM who sent me to someone who was licensed to print vinyl graphics of various GM logos. I'm sure there is someone who has licensed the logos for use on clothing. I would ask teespring who has initiated the trademark claim and go from there.
1968 400 Coupe, verdoro green, black vinyl top, auto 1969 GTO Judge coupe, Carousel Red, manual 1971 Trans Am, cameo white, auto 1970 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible 350-4(driver), Fire Red, white top, auto 1972 Buick GS Stage 1, Royal Blue, black vinyl top, auto

Thanks Bjorn. I sent him an email. I like not having to do the leg work with the other company but If I have to get them and then ship, I can. I also trying to find a contact with GM to get permission to use the bird logo, if that is the issue.

Just found out through the printer that the words "Pontiac Firebird" is protected. I contacted a lady in GM Trademark Licensing to see if we can get written permission to use it.

I don't think we can use firebird. I sent them the image that said firebird on the fender and they said it would have to be removed. crazy.

You'd think that GM would want to encourage us GM product enthusiasts instead of worrying about losing out on a couple dollars of royalty money.
