I pulled my ST-300 yesterday, and discovered that the torque converter is much smaller in comparison to the converter on the TH350 (from a 78 Trans Am).
It measures 12.5 inches vs 13, and is visibly smaller and lighter. I am thinking I will use it instead of the 13 inch.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks!

depends on what you want to spend really, i don't believe you would go wrong with a hughes. I would base it on your rear gears and cam set-up as far as stall. I hear alot of good about continental, but you are gonna pay !
