Most if not all fenders I have seen for sale have questionable disclosure about the rust hole. As for how they have been repaired, I won’t even go down that road. Internal is factory paint; external is factory paint covered with primer.
Wysiwyg, and it’s ready to have a patch burned into the hole, an easy fabrication from a scrap of flat stock. I thought about repairing it, but I’ll be blunt: I wouldn’t buy something you patched, so why would I expect you to buy something I patched?
Small crease above the exractor and drill-and-fill by the script mount, as seen in the photos. Other than what has been disclosed, this is about as nice of a fender as it gets. $500 firm + shipping.
As for shipping, you’ll have to help me figure something out because I don’t have a clue. (It will be from 21090) I live by BWI airport, and I may be willing to meet half way and do a roadside sale.
I'm in the process of repairing one like that , seen one that was done and it looked nice. Hardest part is the complex bend on door jamb side and the brace has to be removed to fix. Not an easy task but doable

I tried it, the smallest I can get it is the current 640 x 480 pixels, even with that tool. Not sure if I am missing something, but would really like to make this pic smaller.

You have to resize the local photo. When you right click on it and choose resize picture you see this menu. Choose mobile or a custom size. After resizing you'll have to upload it to a host then attach it to your signature. Like I assume you did before.
