Looking to replace my radio in my 69 but not looking to cut up dash. I looked into this before and 69 radios seem to be a one off. Yearone is showing a radio made by ken Harrison that will fit the 69. Looking to hear/see what other 69 owners have done for their set up if anyone has a photo of this radio installed.
69 radios is a one year only...many dashes are cut up....year ones is a good fit...otherwise get a hidden radio and keep the non working...if you have one ...or you can send it off and get a modern radio inside the 69 shell, I did that on my 57 Studebaker.
I don't recall, I think there are a couple of them , I found my place in Auto Trader magazine...it was out of Florida. You might look on google? If you have the old radio , do something like this? http://taymanelectrical.com/stereo.htm I`m sure there are several places doing this
Try this place (http://www.antiqueautomobileradio.com).I have a Ken Harrison radio in my 69 vert and it fit perfectly and works great and with the blue tooth adapter from antique automobile radio I can listen to my iphone tunes.Sorry don`t have any pics of the install.Allen
