Hi I tried to pm you but its not working so here goes , I have a issue with the wells VR-715 I purchased from you recently I noticed my red ALT light on the dash panel was on ,So after Hours of time spent narrowing down the issue [ along with a new alternator and new battery purchase ] It comes down to me putting my old voltage regulator back in and bam the light is off and my mind rests. I would like a full refund, I would also like you to cover the return shipping. This item is defective. Thank you. Chris
I tried to PM you but the PM is disabled for some reason. So her is the problem. I installed the voltage regulator that I recently purchased from you. The dash ALT light came on but would go out after you step on the throttle and reappear once at idle. So I checked all connections and even installed a new Alt and Battery ,After hours of trying to figure this issue out I put in the Original regulator back in and the red alt light was gone ,So the conclusion is the new regulator is junk and the remedy would be take this back and refund me in full along with the return shipping. thank you PS I take paypal.
This is the 1st. i have heard about this should have sent a PM but you said it is disabled so how would i know ? Have you called Wells tech 800 # ? You bought a new battery & alternator ? Must have been having troubles before this , send email & we can discuss
no I didn't call WELLS and what's your email? or phone # I have no problem discussing it and no my battery was 3.5 years old and my alternator needed a new look, I was Just stating some facts that would also give me the ALT light signal.. that were ruled OUT.
