I went to look at it and drove it. And decided it was not that good. The owner wanted mid to upper $twenties for it. He only owned it for a month. Red flag. He bought it sight unseen from a guy in Idaho. Not the original engine, color and other things in general were poor about it. There was duct tape around the steering column!
Well the NEW owner (a car dealer?) is now selling it in CA hoping to make a couple $K. First, it is NOT 'stunning'. trust me. At least he is right about the paint job. It's poor. Many touch up areas dabbed with a paint brush. And this new owner couldn't even take his/her own photos! Really? New Listing on AutoTrader
Well...I thought I'd post and warn that this car needs some serious love..meaning: MONEY$$$. IMHO.
That looks like the same car that the guy in Colorado bought site unseen from a dealer in CA. He posted his sad story on this site describing the scam. I believe the scammer (I mean dealer) in CA bought it back for less than he paid.
Looks like a repetitive scam? Maybe the Ebay seller used the dealer's pictures and not the other way around when he thought he could sell it himself for more money.

Oh, weird. I do know this car was in Portland last month. I drove it. Or I should say the pictures are of the ebay car I drove. The guy in Portland bought the car a month prior from someone in Idaho and went out there to drive the car back. Or so he said. I'd be curious what the Colorado story is. Can you point me to it?
Whatever happened to the red vert that was sold out of San Jose to the guy in New York? Same story. After he got it and saw the condition he decided it was too much for him and was willing to sell for half what he paid. Pretty sure those are the details I remember.
