Has anyone used the Dynamat, Dynaliner combo that Harold used on his '68 with the ACC carpet that has Mass Backing? Or would ordering the mass backing be redundant with the Dynaliner? Worried about carpet fit with the extra layers.

Replying to my own comment but hey... Think I'll go with Dynamat SuperLite under Dynaliner, Superlite is thinner than Extreme but with the added carpet backing I'm hoping it will be enough. Then getting the ACC molded carpet with the Mass Backing.

I used the dynamat then carpet with thin backing. I had to push it into a few spots due to thickness. Seemed like a pain to me, but I have no patience with interior stuff, could have been just routine.

I had a hard time pushing the rear seat down into the anchors after using the fire and ice matting under the carpet it. Probably could have bent/adjusted some of the brackets to make it easier. Finally got everything in but it was tight.
