I am looking for a Factory Assembly Manual for my 1968 Firebird. Online, I see mention of these manuals for 1969 and up. Am I right in assuming that they did not produce this manual in 1968? Are there other resources for this type information?
You are correct, there is no 68 Assy manual. There is enough info out there and located here: http://thefirstgensite.com/html/librarydex.htm to where you should be able to find most of the info you need.
You should be able to glean additional information from the 1968 Camaro assembly manual.

Thanks for the reply and link. An example of some of my difficulties (and probably others) is trying to find correct fasteners. I installed a burlwood dash bezel, but don't have the mounting screws. There are 4 screws at the bottom. How do I find this type info out. Classic industries does not provide thsee specifically. AMK products is ambiguous on their fastener kits.
