Would need an awful lot of redoing to get that one back to where she should be. A bit too much b.s. in that ad.

I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure.
I feel like I am diagonally parked in a parallel universe.

Maybe the engine out of a 69-70.
And 425 hp? RAIII where rated 345 hp.
Smells like Tuna to me...

Just went back and found engine pics. Had mods done.
425 hp may be true...

I believe what the seller is saying is that he had a 400 engine professionally built by Nunzi using RA III parts for $9500 that puts out 425 hp (also the suspension and tranny from Nunzi). I don't see anything where he is claiming that's an OEM setup. More punctuation in the description would have been very helpful. If I had a lot of time on my hands I would go back through my Hemmings Muscle Machines and find his article.

2012 Mustang Boss 302 #1918, Competition Orange. FGF replacement
2006 Mustang V6 Pony, Vista Blue. Factory ordered.
2019 BMW X3 (Titled to the wife, but I'm always driving it for her. So I'm claiming it)
Old projects, gone but not forgotten:
1967 FB 400, original CA car. After 22 years of work, trashed by the guy who was supposed to paint it. I had to sell it.
1980 Turbo Trans Am
1970 Mustang fastback, 351C 4Bbl, auto
1988 Mustang GT, 5 speed
1983 F-150 4x4, built 302
1994 Chevy K2500 HD 4x4, 454 TBI

Ya, like the wife would allow me to keep a huge collection of those at home! cry

And actually I went over to HMM's website and sure enough they had an index for their issues. The closest I got to this care was a nicely restored '68 shown in the Dec 09 Buyers Guide with the same paint and vinyl top. But that car show was nicely restored and had A/C and a green interior.
