Only time I've seen that one is in a '68 TV ad with a red convert.

Is the disk flexible like rubber or solid? I vaguely remember something like that. I will do some digging around,

The picture is from the TV add. I have been looking for about a year and I think it would be hard plastic. I have found several of the Firebird keychains and they are really cool.
