I didn't get my cut dash swapped out with the uncut one with a radio before selling the car it was in, so I've worked on a radio delete look and was thinking about hydro dipping it either wood grain or Carbon fiber look. Has anyone tried this or seen it done? Looks like a good way to save a dash and if I have to replace it I guess I'm not out anything.

That's one of my saved ones, I'm working on getting a large plastic tote or 2 for my tanks, gonna cut them in half they are 4x4x4 feet and don't need them that tall, gonna try to paint and use the burl wood sticker first since I already had one, just did the bonding primer and should have it done this weekend and see what it looks like

Put the burl wood on tonight and it sucks, fit is terrible, worst $50 I've ever spent. I do like the radio delete but I can't live with the fit of the vinyl. Looks like I'll be doing the dip after all. Has anyone had luck with these repop burl wood covers
