I am looking for the wells part number for a 69 350 water sending unit with light. The part they show has two wires. I looked up a 68 and it has the single blade connector. Is the 68 and the 69 the same?

I don't know the part number but you can get replacement sending units from Ames or Year One with single blade connector.

Ames lists theirs as "Incorrect Double terminal." I had some trouble finding the correct single blade terminal, but I did not try Year One.

I purchased a single from Year One.

Do you have the part number from NAPA. The one they wanted to sell me had Double terminal

Hi, just got back from NAPA The oil sending unit with one term part number is OP6613($5.49) and the temp with one round flat terminal is TS6469 ($12.99) They had both on the shelf. If you have any problems let me know and I'll grab them and send them to you.

Go to NAPA and ask for:

Echlin Ignition Part Number ECHTS6471.

This is a 1968 Chevy V-8 Temp Sender. IN THE PICTURE it is a single terminal type. It's not NOS, but it will fit. (It's the wrong color.)


I would be interested to know if it fits right.
