So I was able to get my front and rear 3 point belts in today.

Looking good, Goose. Did you used to have lap belts only?
I did the front 3 pointers last year, and I've been happy with the perceived safety improvement!

Was lap only in rear, changed to 3 point as the kids like going for rides and figure that was the best option

I was wondering if the retractor was mounted in the same location as the original?
