I am thinking of trying to make a spare tire inflation canister repop and I need some good pictures and measurement of a correct one for 68. Also, opinions on the best decal available. Looked in the archives and the link was broken to a promising thread.
Thanks, Gordy

Does anyone have time to grab a few pics and measurements from their inflation canister?
Thanks Gordy

Gordy, Have you determined the correct infiltrator for the '68? I replaced mine with a GM replacement part in about '71 or '72 when I used the original for its intended purpose. I don't remember the original on mine that long ago. The replacement is a longer canister than what I have believe, from research, to be the factory original. I have seen '68s and pictures of '68s with a shorter stubby inflator.
