Both my clutch and brake pedal levels are too high. I'd like to adjust both but need some help. Looking for any advice/links to start the process.

Be very careful, I have seen brake master cylinders not want to release pressure if the pedal did not return far enough.

You should be able to adjust the brake pedal height by adjusting the linkage under the dash. There is a threaded rod that goes to the clevis on the pedal rod. You have to loosen the locknut. For the clutch pedal height, you have to adjust the clutch linkage under the car.
