I'm presently restoring a 67' back to a mostly original state, but I'd like to confirm with somebody the factory stamping in the sheet metal on the door jam striker post side. I have seen what looks like an old style telephone handset on 67 Camaro's, but I've only seen a half a handset stamped into
67 Firebird's which is what I presently have and I believe to be factory. Can anybody confirm this to be true?
Do you know if any of the aftermarket sheet metal company's put a stamp on their sheet metal? The ones I have seen do not.

Here is my 68 convertible. I think I see what you are saying.

My '68 convert quarter jam looks like Harold's. Note that converts didn't have the vent in the jam that the coupes got.
