Hi All, Does anyone have an idea where I should look for information on sticker (decal) locations for under the hood, door post & trunk stickers on my 1968 Sprint ?Secondly are they the same or different than the stickers found on a V8 car ?

Based on those number you can say that you were able to do a complete restoration cheaper than you could by the finished car for. That never happens! Usually it reads like this... I bought the car for $4500 and spent 30K restoring it and now I have a car worth 20K.

IIRC, (I did mine 13 years ago)...there are pics in AMES catalogue (guess now website)...where they ewere placed...

sorry that didn't work out...I know I saw the locations somewhere....but its been long time...maybe Classic Industries (Camaro catalog) shows the locations?

Locations for most decals are shown in the assembly manual (if you don't find it somewhere else), but I´m not sure there are assembly manuals for a 1968 available.

For example, on page 17 you can see the window sticker, on page 174 they show the door sticker, page 202 shows the jacking instructions, and so on.

So far no luck...Does anyone have old school pictures of sticker locations ? Hard to believe this is going to be the toughest part of the restore. Seems everyone ( Firebird Central, Classic, Eckers & so on ) has lots of stickers, but no info on placement.

Strange...I know I saw pictures before....but don't recall where...doesn't look like I saved my old catalogs....
