Hi, i'm once again asking your help, this project always make me find new problems. Remove floor and found damaged inner rocker. After inner rocker found that this brace was damaged. What involve to replace this brace.

Time to re-ask
Start today on removing the part shown above.
Question 1 : the car is on a frame cart, do i need to brace more (did the door and across) since the patch is near the subframe mount.
Question 2 do i need to remove the side cowl section or i can remove all welds from inside and outside the car?
