Seat belt floor bolt

Hi,
I have a seat belt floor bolt that comes loose often, I'm thinking that the previous owner buggered up the threads. He kept lifting up the carpet to drill holes in the floor behind the passenger seat to let out water. Outside of replacing the floor threaded part is there another fix?

Would a longer bolt and a nut on back side work for ya? Put the bolt in, tighten it, then stake with a nut on back side.

Could do a heli coil fix, or maybe a heavy duty insert.

It's the bolt next to the trans hump.

Threads probably bad on bolt. Try another bolt to verify. Use loctite on bolt or replace nut.

Attached pic is my new floor with bolt coming in from other side (keep threads clean when painting)

Thanks, anyone ever use Vibra tite VC-3 instead of Loctite?

I had a rear seat bolt strip when removing to replacing. Used a heavy duty bolt with a lock washer. No issue.
