Someone over on PY had a couple of NOS ones for sale a while back. But were pretty pricey.

I noticed a couple sets of NOS '67 and '68 fenders on E-pay this week. A bit pricey there too.
But to put it into a bit of perspective - those fenders were $800 + for the pair when they were last available from GM. That was Sept 2002 for me.

So I'm claiming it) Old projects, gone but not forgotten: 1967 FB 400, original CA car. After 22 years of work, trashed by the guy who was supposed to paint it. I had to sell it. 1980 Turbo Trans Am 1970 Mustang fastback, 351C 4Bbl, auto 1988 Mustang GT, 5 speed 1983 F-150 4x4, built 302 1994 Chevy K2500 HD 4x4, 454 TBI
I bought 4 of them in 2007. I believe they were around $700 or $750 a pair back then. But in reality, they were repops that GM slapped some GM stickers on. I believe 'true' NOS fenders ran out in the mid to late '70's. If they have GM stickers with bar codes on them, they are not 'true' NOS fenders and fit no better than Goodmark or AMD fenders. (at double the price) For my latest 'bird resto, I used the fenders that were on the car, cut off the rusted out drops, and welded Goodmark repop drops on them. Worked a ton better than repop fenders and 'fake' NOS ones. The repop fenders are wrong around the headlight surround, as well as the corner by the windshield. Nothing better than decent originals due to those areas.

I went with NOS or OEM for most of my body panel parts. The only thing that was repop was the rad support. It all fit amazingly well.
Good NOS panels were available for longer than you might think. Sure some bad ones were done but a good lot of old NOS panels were just sitting in the parts room in Pontiac dealerships.
Any parts that have the GM sticker but has a www address on it is just a GM licensed repop. The more you stamp out panels the less effective the process.
Unless your a body man, it's more effective to get excellent condition(NOS or OEM) body panels as this will greatly reduce your labor costs in the long run.
