68 Factory Billing History and Dealer Order Form

Anyone know what boxes 74 and higher in a 68 Factory Billing History are? I have a 4 in box 75 but the Dealer Order Form only goes to 73. I don’t see Columns 74-80 on the 2nd page (Special Equipment) Dealer Order Form either.

'68 400HO Coupe, 4 spd, 259 interior, Windward Blue.
My other car's a Johnson 15 outboard on a '61 Starcraft rowboat... Just sayin'.

75-4 is front shoulder belts.

my car cam with the front shoulder belts but its not on my billing history. could that have been a dealer item as the car was ordered from the UK.
