I am looking at picking up a second th400 for my 69 bird. The transmission I’m looking at has this tag, I can’t seem to find anything online coming close to matching it. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
Looks like a tag a volume rebuilder might put on it.*
I stand corrected. Looks like it is out of a '65 GTO/LeMans/Tempest?

Thanks for the help. What I couldn’t find was a tag that started with an s. I got it picked up for $60 and it looks like it has a hole shot torque converter. But I couldn’t find the pn online. Here are some pictures.
I think the PB and 65 indicate a 1965 Pontiac 389 V8 based on the tranny code page on the above link? Don't know what the S means. I have a 1967 Firebird with a TH400 and the long code has the 67 and PX so I'm guessing it's the year and code. I could also be totally wrong...
