Will a TH350 out of a 1976 TA work with my 68 350 block?

Yes. All BOP TH350's will bolt up to all Pontiac 350 engines.
A Chevy TH350 has a different bolt pattern, & will not work on a Pontiac V8, without an adapter plate. But, the plates are fairly cheap, & even easy to make.
