Something I've tried with some success, it is definatley better but not a cure all.
Don't buy "high octane" fuel, I tried buying 87 octane and just add Lucas Octane Booster ( the only real one left on the market). Fuel Manufacturers ar taking the cheap way out to make what they call high octane, they are adding more ethanol, that will only lower the temperature that your fuel will boil.
I am running a 400 with 10.75-1 comp and very advanced timing, I am having zero issues, I still boiled some on a very hot day but I have seen a huge improvement.
