I have a 69 Firebird, was thinking of using TMI interior. Molded headliner, visors, carpet, front and rear door panels, possibly molded ones. Has anyone with 69 Firebird ever used there stuff. They have it listed for 69 Camaro. Spoke with them today and they said should fit, but might have a little trimming to do on rear panels. Bottom and back of panel. not front or top of course. Will 69 Camaro panels fit in 69 Firebird, with all handles and door locks etc lining up correctly? Seems like TMI stuff is decent for reasonable price. Any experience or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jerry

The only difference between 69 Firebird and Camaro in the parts you listed is the front door panels have different chrome pieces and the bird emblem on the door panel, but they fit the same, the rear panels, only the deluxe interior Camaros had the rear arm rests, all the Firebirds had the arm rests, not sure if that is the same if it has a fold down rear seat.

Just out of curiosity why wouldn't you just get the parts for a Firebird? Legendary and PUI both make nice interior components for Firebird.

I have put the headliner and 7 piece carpet in. Both are nice but headliner was a pita to get in. Jury is still out on the carpet.

7 piece carpet? Never head of such a thing. Think I've only seen two piece before. Huh? Different.

Looks like Corbeau seat base. Get a couple extra inches of travel with them over the stock ones.

I have had no problem with the vinyl, and the fit is just about perfect. I like it and it was just a pain to put in.
