Windows are easy. Use a little laquer thinner and be careful to not let it drip on anything. Interior parts are a little touchy. You could use Armour All and rub. Jim
If its recent paint job its easier...you can try some laquer thinner on interior , make sure to try a spot first where its not seen to verify it wont damage the upholstery... I`ve done it successfully several times, but be careful, little at a time, patience...
