When my body work was done, they filled all of the holes. Does anyone have any instructions or guidance on locating/installing the brackets that hold the rocker panel moldings?

I did not have the problem you do but I think there is a way to solve this. The rocker panel molding will hang on without the clips if you put all the screws in. So if you are very observant I think you can figure out where they should go. Try installing just one clip where you think it should go. If it catches the molding use it a a reference. If you are off a bit move the clip and try again . When one is located properly you should be able to install the rest by measuring down on the rocker panel.
