Posted this on the FB page a few weeks ago. Revisiting here:
Turn signals do not light up or work, either outside or within the instrument cluster. No click from the replaced flasher assembly, which is properly grounded. - Emergency Flashers work fine, inside and out, except left front. Left front Corner light does light up when headlights are on. - All night marker lights work at all four corners of the car. - All brake lights work, headlights work, high beams work, dash cluster lighting and instruments work fine. Radio fine. Rheostat for interior lights works fine. - Brake lights work fine.
BLUF: When I activate the turn signals on the column switch they do not blink, inside or out. Again, new flasher assembly installed and properly grounded after I first noticed the issue. The only strange thing is that the front left corner light does not flash when Emergency flasher is pushed, but is otherwise ON, when turned on, and good bulb.

are you sure you replaced the right flasher, as there are two of them. The one in the fuse block is for the emergency flashers, the regular turn signal flasher is up under the dash, on my 69 it is up next to the floor light above the emergency brake pedal.
