I know this is a shot in the dark, but I think I have enough backstory to trigger a memory if somebody knew the car I have acquired.

It's a 1969 Pontiac Firebird that I am pretty sure was a 400 car, originally Goldenrod Yellow, purchased from Biener Pontiac in Great Neck NY. It was painted white with red and blue accents at some point in time and named "The American Indian". It raced in the Long Island, NY area from new to 1977ish then sold to the owner I am getting it from and basically stored until now (poorly, she's rough). It was sold to him with a Ram Air V motor (which I am sadly not getting, but hey can't win everything) and was a low mile never registered car.

Anybody have information on this old 1/4 Mile machine?
