have no power to heater ,wipers and so on,and only outside headlights come on,no dash lights,all fuses are hot,is there a ground someplace im over looking? checked the harness good and fuse box before i put it in,neutral saftey switch,outside headlights and dimmer switch light in dash is all thats working, checked the circuit board and replaced all sockets and bulbs,new dimmer switch push it and all headlights go out, please help readyrockhillguy69@yahoo.com
